Short walks throughout the day help me burn calories, get some fresh air, and recharge me for my work.
Every 3 or so hours, I pick a direction and walk for 5 min. Then I turn around and retrace my steps. A quick 10 min at whatever pace you want works wonders! Try it a couple of times!
