Short walks throughout the day help me burn calories, get some fresh air, and recharge me for my work. Every 3 or so hours, I pick a direction and walk for 5 min. Then I turn around and retrace my steps. A quick 10 min at whatever pace you want works wonders! Try it a couple of times!

When traveling to a new city I love to pick a direction and just start walking. I find better food and shopping choices by getting off the tourist routes and checking the local paths. It's also great and fun excerise. 306311
