I find that eating a Salad a day helps to get your fruit/veggie servings in, keeps the weight loss moving, and keeps me regular. I never was excited about salads before, but jazz them up with craisins, etc... It will help you reach your goals.

This is an easy way to get in your veggies and eat more lightly! You can put almost anything you want into a salad... grilled chicken, fruit, nuts, any veggie you like, lunchmeat, cottage cheese... have fun with it!
I bought The Salad Chef at Meijer and it is Wonderful! It has all the pieces and cost less than buying it on TV. A perfect salad in minutes. lift the lever, put in the veggie, push down & Whomp! it falls into the bowl in perfect pieces. Put on the storage lid and you have beautiful salad for days.
I eat a salad every day for lunch. When it's time to get it ready, I prepare twice as much and put half in the refrigerator for later. That way, I know I'll get those vegetables in at dinner time and I won't have to make any more food decisions as my day begins to slow down. And if I find something better for dinner, I have a salad all ready for tomorrow!!
