I keep canned chicken in pantry for emergencies. I drain the broth from can into a jar that I keep in the freezer before using the chicken. When a recipe calls for chicken broth, I have some waiting in the freezer without purchasing more containers of chicken broth.
WHEN YOU CAN NOT GET FRESH GREEN BEANS. I USE A CAN OF GREEN BEANS WITH LOW SODIUM, AND1CAN FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH. I DRAIN THE GREEN BEANS AND COOK THEM IN THE CHICKEN BROTH.
