Hope all had a lovely Thanksgiving with family and friends. I spent the day baking, I baked a turkey breast, Sparks sweet potato casserole recipe, dressing, corn,cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, pecan pie from Spark recipe, oatmeal butterscotch, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip cookies. I am beat, but I had fun, I didn't eat but a very little and made sure I stayed in range of my calories. We can have fun cooking and also maintain our healthy eating. Love Spark people and learn.
