Talk about a healthy alternative to Peanut Butter....this comes in a powder you mix with water - no added stuff to make it bad...just natural pb powder and really good. I mix it in a protein shake for a wonderful PB vanilla protein shake . Low cal and Low fat...45 calories for 2 tbs!
1.5 grams of fat per serving....and sodium is around 94 mg...they make regular and chocolate flavored PB 2 - I did'nt care for the chocolate...but the regular is great...mix it with water and make a sandwich or add to apple slices or banana slices...they also make a low sodium version .

Bell Plantation makes a dry peanut butter that I just discovered and am super excited about!! I hate eating PB sandwiches with just a small smear of PB that doesn't even taste like it has any on it.
