    it Can be tedious, but definitely helps get a better grasp of what's going in your body. i'm just getting started, and may miss a time or two, but like falling off a bike, just get back up, get back on track, start again, and you'll be Way better off then if you quit all together! plus, like any habits-good or bad-you keep doing this, it'll be automatic and not so tedious anymore....All the Best to Your Success!! emoticon
