I walk with my children every other day, I use them as my motivation to keep moving. Children have so much energy, keeping up with them when they are running and you are walking makes you want to pickup the pace and keep moving
Walking with my children or a friend in the mall, park or neighborhood, keeps me walking. It is more fun doing it with someone than trying to go it alone. You have the companionship and the time goes by quickly, and you don't realize you are exercising. 9
I like to sneak in workouts while I am working to burn a few extra calories for the day. Sometimes I take a walk with the child that I watch everyday or sometimes I do a workout video or use my bosses elliptical when he is napping. Whatever I do I try i stay as active as I can through out the day instead of just sitting at my desk all day.
