I walk with my children every other day, I use them as my motivation to keep moving. Children have so much energy, keeping up with them when they are running and you are walking makes you want to pickup the pace and keep moving
Walking with my children or a friend in the mall, park or neighborhood, keeps me walking. It is more fun doing it with someone than trying to go it alone. You have the companionship and the time goes by quickly, and you don't realize you are exercising. 9
I have started walking around my children's practice fields during their entire practice. They are there at least an hour or two. It lets me watch their practice from all angles and get my exercise in.
