I fooled myself eating 100 calorie treats. I sabotaged my health thinking I was eating less to feel good about eating something nutritionally wrong. I bypass them all together I haven't missed them one bit. Money is better spent on fruits and organics I used to think were out of my budget range.

I ditched the 100 calorie packs too. If I want a cookie or a muffin, I have found that the real thing...full-fat, full-sugar, etc. is better...mainly because I am satisfied on much less. 100-calorie packs are only good for long car rides when all you want is a little pick me up. Of course, if you pack a cooler with apples and water, that would be best.

Glad that you found out that those goodies are nothing but a bunch of calories that is not good for your body. Fruits and vegetables are way better.

I agreee. Eat fruits, veggies and nuts for snacks. On accaision eat quality dark chocolate. It is much more satisfying.
