Each week I write down a weekly schedule hanging on a dry erase board next to my couch (so on my lazy days I know its staring right at me). I write down all the things I have to do (like work and appointments) and schedule all my workouts, including the times.

If you skip a workout then it stares at you for the rest of the week!

    I think this is exactly what I need to do. I started today in order to get things back on track immediately. I have not be very good to myself the past couple of months and need to make some changes. Thank you for the suggestion.
