Each week I write down a weekly schedule hanging on a dry erase board next to my couch (so on my lazy days I know its staring right at me). I write down all the things I have to do (like work and appointments) and schedule all my workouts, including the times.
If you skip a workout then it stares at you for the rest of the week!

Schedule your weekly exercise routine and consider it an appointment. With 3 kids and a full time job, my biggest excuse was always "No Time". Scheduling exercise helped me plan my weekly routine and hold myself accountable.
This works especially well when you schedule your exercise appointment with a friend or enroll in a scheduled class.
I've been earning a single daily Spark Point by adding something to my schedule but I've been a wee bit lazy about it, scheduling regular day-to-day things like work. Today is different, though! Today I'm going to schedule something above & beyond my typical day. I'm going to start scheduling special projects that need to get done and might not get done, otherwise! That will help me stay focused on that as well!!! :-D Happy Sparking!!! 185
We schedule doctor & dentist appointments. We schedule vacation time. We schedule for car repairs. We need to remember if we want to stay healthy, then we need to also schedule our exercise time too. What is more important than our health? When its on the calendar we are more apt to make it happen.
