What helps me the most is to stay in a good routine. Decide what you're going to eat for breakfast and stick with it. Figure out what works for you for lunch and just do it. Taking away the constant need to make decisions can make everything easier.

I have to tell you, this is how I lost 95 lbs and have been able to maintain for a year now.

We have to get the focus off eating.

    Our lives are so busy. Seems like the only way I can do this is to select one basic menu and keep eating the same thing with just enough variation to keep me satisfied. There's never any time to plan!

    That is exactly where I go wrong, I sometimes make meal decisions on an empty stomach and it is so easy to just say "I do not feel like cooking, let's cheat today." For me to stick to a diet, I need to plan everything.
