  • I had success with Jenny Craig too.

    The planned meals is what did the trick. Having someone responsible to - helped. I did real good until they had me making my on meal. Then my weekly loss started going down. I am a life time member too. I haven't been for years now. I went from 260 to 180 in less then a year. That last twenty pounds was a struggle. It was making 90% of the meals yourself.

    I recommend at least two - three weeks to anybody. You will get a good idea of proper portions. - by BUCKHOLDT
