This Sparked Me!

I don't get "paid" to volunteer but I get quite a few "perks".
I get a "free" lunch (yes I know-no such thing as a "free lunch") when I volunteer at the hospital. I received a membership to the historical society because I volunteer there. Plus there's the volunteer recognition lunches, etc. each year.

Help others, help yourself, get rewarded in more ways than one! emoticon

Also, if you volunteer at the YMCA (definitely at the one in Winnipeg), you get a free membership.
