Today a quiet day to relax the mind and body. Will do exercise and walk later because it is hot. I go so hard 6 days a week I have to get some rest on Sunday. Tomorrow will start 6 in the morning and I have a full day. Same oh same oh. Love life laugh and be happy.

I hung a skirt I would like to get into on my exercise/quiet room door. I see it everytime I go in there to do my strength training and yoga, so it helps me keep moving. Some days I just don't feel like exercising, I'll go sit in my quiet room for a bit and see the skirt on the door and it reminds me to exercise.
I've found that a little bit of meditation helps me at the times of the day when I'm most likely to overeat or go off track, especially when I get home from a long day. Just get comfortable in a quiet place, close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Remind yourself of your goals and what you need to do to get there. Tell yourself that you can and will do this. After a few minutes you should feel more at peace and ready to take on the rest of your day :]
