Today a quiet day to relax the mind and body. Will do exercise and walk later because it is hot. I go so hard 6 days a week I have to get some rest on Sunday. Tomorrow will start 6 in the morning and I have a full day. Same oh same oh. Love life laugh and be happy.

I allow myself one hour each day, usually in the early morning, to have quiet time by myself. I use this time to do my SP coaching,and I think about my day ahead. After my quiet time, I feel ready to take on the challenges of the day.
I hung a skirt I would like to get into on my exercise/quiet room door. I see it everytime I go in there to do my strength training and yoga, so it helps me keep moving. Some days I just don't feel like exercising, I'll go sit in my quiet room for a bit and see the skirt on the door and it reminds me to exercise.
