Secrets of Success





Under200. I can't believe it. I have teetered between 204 & 199 for past few weeks. I almost cried when I looked at the scale & it was 199 again. The next day it was 198.6. The next day it was 199. That is ok. I know it will go down if I keep doing what I am doing.

    Try to not weigh yourself everyday. Your weight could fluctuate daily depending on how many fluids you drink and the foods you eat. Try weighing yourself once a week. It will not be as discouraging when it stay the same everyday. Rather at the end of the week when you see that you lost 2 lbs....feels much more rewarding! - by KMOLLOY22
