I've always been a gamer however being a gamer means sitting on your butt for extended amounts of time & not exercising.
So, in order to play 4 hours of Xbox 360, I have to spend 2 hours exercising, at least 3 times a week. Of course, during the semester, 2 hours of exercise = 4-6 hours of study time. Funny how that works out!
I try to snack on fruit & healthier snacks during game time whether it's on a console or gaming on the PC.
Keep doing all those crosswords, logics, other word games, being social, etc. It helps you keep your mind sharp into old age. My mother & her relatives are excellent examples of this. Of course, don't forget to eat right & exercise!
