I have found that if I am feeling a bit down, one way that I help myself is to leave a SparkGoodie for a friend or if Ileave a supportive message on a blog or a page. It's a great way to tuen around my own feelings as well and I love doing it!!
Give someone else a boost who might need it too!!

Choices,Exercise EVERY DAY,Plateaus,Anyone Giving Me CANDY,Rethinking My Mindset,Baking LESS Treats Or sending them HOME with others. The MORAL SUPPORT of Sparkfriends through messages of encouragement or Sparkgoodies and the other milestones on a "track and field" background paper~My GOAL MET!!!!
I wanted to loose weight before getting pregnant so I bought the wii and the biggest loser game. I worked out and stopped eating all the junk I was and I lost 40 pounds in two months. I managed to keep most of it off even after having a baby. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 3 weeks old.
Support, support, support and keep up with it. It is hard but well worth it.
