I use the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. It tastes just like butter but adds no calories. I've been trying to cut out margerine altogether so I use that for just spraying on veggies or even toast. Not so good for cooking.

  • I love this too, but be careful. If you look on the product website, it actually states that 25 sprays is 20 calories. I used to open the top and pour this on my veggies until I realized how many calories I was using. So use sparingly or count your sprays. - by MELISSA_X0
  • I looked up the ingredients to I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and read a few posts about it. It has artificial ingredients such as emulsifiers, artificial coloring and flavors and preservatives. I don't think it's possible to avoid these things totally in our world but thought you might want to know all the facts. You can also buy a pump for olive oil in stores that sprays using healthy oils as an alternative. It always boils down to whether the convenience of an item outweighs any health risks. - by LJNTAP
