I use the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. It tastes just like butter but adds no calories. I've been trying to cut out margerine altogether so I use that for just spraying on veggies or even toast. Not so good for cooking.

SPRAY BUTTER If you can't live without butter on veggies, potatoes, toast, and what not, try "I can't believe it's not Butter" spray butter. I have used this for years, it is a staple in my house. It has 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs AND tastes like butter!
For air-popped popcorn, instead of salt and tons of butter, I use Mrs. Dash Table Blend and a table spoon or so of heart healthy spread, melted. Put the popcorn in a storage bag, shake in some Mrs. Dash and the "butter" and shake it until it's all blended. Yummy and still healthy!
I have used "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light" but other healthy spreads would probably work, or a light buttery spray, too.
I am trying to eat healthier. My new food of choice is Eggo Nutrigrain Whole Wheat Waffles with a few squirts of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray and a sprinkle of cinnamon along with some fruit.
Cinnamon helps with your blood sugar. The waffles have 5 grams of fiber in them. Important for digestive health.
