For the amount of time we spend arguing with ourselves whether or not we are going to get up and exercise, we could have been UP exercising. In that TEN minutes of arguing we COULD'VE been doing 10 minutes of dancing to music, a walk, some crunches or leg lifts.
The more we tend to give into our 'arguments' the more inclined we are to 'recline' and 'decline' any sort of work out/exercise. The more we show ourselves that we CAN just DO IT, the more we DO actually GET UP and DO IT.
