Use your Nutrition Tracker to track your Daily Multivitamin & other supplements. Click on the Add A Food; click Enter a Food Not Listed; fill-in & Save; click SAVE TO MY FAVORITES. Back on the Daily Nutrition Tracker Page click on MORE NUTRIENTS (found to the right of PROTEIN) select & save.

    Once you add your vitamins and supplements to your tracker, you can use the "Create Group" option. Label your group of vitamins. Mine, for example, is "Daily Supplements #1". Then you can just go to your groupings list and add them to your tracker with one click instead of individually. I also created a separate category for them on my tracker. By going to tracker options (below the date), and choosing "Add and Extra Meal Category". I added "Supplements" as one of my categories to keep it separate from my meals and snacks. Hope this helps.

    Very helpful. I am consistently low on Vitamins D, B12< and E so have started supplements. Thanks so much for this tip. emoticon

    You can also enter multivitamins and supplements the same way. I knew I was low on Magnesium and Calcium but I was taking the supplement now do notice saying I am below these nutrients daily. Pat
