I always have a quick breakfast ready when time is short. Individual containers of plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of low-fat, high-fiber cereal in a snack size zip bag as well as a sm size serving of berries in a snack size zip bag when mixed together make a portable, delicious & easy breakfast.

Avocados are delicious, healthy, portable, and quick to prepare. Pack one with crackers or bread for a yummy lunch! Slice into your salad or on top of scrambled eggs. Did I mention they're delicious? 4
I thought these would be a good idea for breakfast since I normally am not hungry in the morning and ravenous by lunch. They look and smell delicious HOWEVER I had a difficult time swallowing them. They are not very appetizing. The main issue I think is the english muffin. It is just my opinion but I do not recommend them.
I will keep looking for quick breakfast options. I hope this helps someone out there considering purchasing these.
