    This is a great idea and I have recently realized this myself since I am planning ahead for groceries I too have been craving less since it is scheduled into my daily meal plan.

    I have to agree that on days that I plan and have snacks that I do so much better. I just usually forget until I am so hungry, but I am working on ideas to help me.
