I find by not having foods in the house which are not healthy, I am able to stick to my food plan a lot better.

  • So true, not getting sweet or salty snacks at all when I shop really helps keep me stronger. On special occasions I do have a little of the dessert.

  • I have a list of foods that I don't have in the house and only purchase one serving and outside of the home. These are now special once in a while treats but not regular items I have all the time or in the house. This is a good secret. - by WESCOBAR
