Water, it's true that drinking more water helps you feel better. I have water in the fridge, freezer, glasses of water upstairs, in the kitchen and livingroom. Not only does it help with those naughty eating moments it most certainly clears the old system out
Whenever i feel hungry i drink a glass of water, whenever i feel naughty i drink a glass of water, i have even managed to curb my coffee/caffeine addiction by drinking water. I really do believe that water is a great kick start to changing my unhealthy lifestyle.
