Eating breakfast every day helps me stay on track. I know that no matter what happens later in the day, I started the day out right. If you eat breakfast you wont be that hungery and dont gain calories. emoticon

    I never eat breakfast,but I;m going to start eating breakfast this week. I told myself,it don't have to be a big breakfast. I love fruit,so I will start with a piece of fruit, a cup of green tea and maybe a piece of whole wheat toast.

    I eat breakfast everyday! Before sparkpeople i would eat like 100 calorie cake and coffee! Now i eat egg toast and sometime little sausages and have a banana or i starve! emoticon
