This is an easy way to get in your veggies and eat more lightly! You can put almost anything you want into a salad... grilled chicken, fruit, nuts, any veggie you like, lunchmeat, cottage cheese... have fun with it!
When I eat salad instead of a salad dressing I dip my salad in my soup or chili! Or I put a little bit of the broth on top if I'm not in the mood for dipping. I make my soup so it's a great way to reduce those dressing calories and enjoy your salad in a different way.
