Focusing on losing inches from hips, thighs and belly means more than the number on that scale. Knowing that muscle weighs more than fat means I'm not entirely focused on that number. Getting back into those little shorts and cute sleeveless tops is going to be an amazing reward!
Looking at this as a zero-sum game toward a particular number will drive you batty! Make smaller goals each month, reward yourself, and don't focus solely on the numbers. Think about the little things: how easy it is to climb stairs, those loose pants & your new energy and use them as motivators!
