Get bored with carrot sticks? Make a wrap with hummus and vegetables. Two tablespoons of hummus is a whole lot when put on a small whole wheat tortilla. Toss some veggies you already have on hand in , and you have an instant serving of vegetables for a very satisfying snack.

    I enjoy hummus and vegetables on a regular basis. Sometimes (instead of making a wrap) I'll bake the tortilla until crispy and use it for dipping into the hummus along with the vegetables. Either way -- it's delicious and nutritious. emoticon - by SHASUN
