What I'm finding is that truly keeping my meals to 3 times a day with no snacking has opened my eyes to one thing. Even though I battle the urge to continue eating after lunch and dinner, regardless if I feel full/satisfied it is much easier to win this battle twice a day verses 3 or 4 times more than that due to snacking..I can only handle a couple battles which makes me feel strong, so I rather win a few battles then lose tons of them.
