Break Out The Chopsticks!

I have found that if I eat with chopsticks instead of spoons and forks, I eat slower, and take smaller amounts with each bite. (That's because the food keeps falling off! LOL)
I feel full faster because I'm eating slower. (Of couse, it makes eating soup verrrry challenging!)

    well i agree. eating with chop sticks is like a diet off donut holes and ice cubes. that is before someone decided to keep the donut hole and sell them.
