Eat More!




Eating more often throughout the day revs your metabolism, keeps your energy high and helps ward off binging. Try eating 6 smaller meals throughout the day (fist-size portion of protein and fist-size portion of carb) instead of 3 larger meals.
It works for me because I love to eat!

Don't forget to incorporate a fist-sized portion of veggies at least 2 times per day!
