Write out menu for every Breakfast/Lunch/and Dinner for all 7 days of the week in a planner and stick to the plan. Also stick to unprocessed foods as much as possible!!

Don't be disappointed if every day doesn't go perfect or you don't end up following every day! The idea is that your thinking ahead and making better choices by doing this.

    Always a good plan

    I taught my 12 year old daughter to do the bulk of the meal plan for the week. Then she shops with me. Since she plans and shops, she doesn't have to unload or put things away.
I hope they are learning habits for life. emoticon
