No matter what your final results are everyday in your overall goals tracking, keep doing it! I almost stopped myself about 10 days ago because I didn't keep up with my aily goals tracking over Memorial Day weekend. I am so glad I did some positive affirmations instead, then did it anyway!

Start a fresh journal with the opening page being what you expect of yourself and what goal you'd like to accomplish during the duration of this notebook. I like to use notebooks that aren't too thick, so I can start a new one more often. 41 The goals can be as simple as you like. One thing you can accomplish on a daily or weekly basis that will take you towards being the best you can be.
Every day, I will say to myself "you CAN'T be perfect!" It's not degrading or negative. It's real. It keeps me grounded. Those words show me that, no matter what I do, I should do it with the grace that God gave me & with peace of mind that NO ONE is perfect. So quit trying to achieve an impossible goal. My perfect is...just me.
