Taking the time to listen to your body

I have found that listening to you body and eating only when your hungry and then stopping when the hunger is gone is the best way to loose weight despite the amount of calories you are suppose to take in. as long as all the food you eat is very healthy and whole. No junk food.

    I completely agree with you. I just wrote something similar. I am learning to just listen to my body because my body really can't handle 2000 calories a day.
