Keep fresh fruits and vegetables washed and ready to eat in the fridge. It's so much easier to grab a cookie than to cut up a honeydew melon. Cut the melon in advance. Keep it in a plastic container. Do this with all your fruits and vegetables and snacking on something healthy becomes much easier.

    I do all my fruits into the blender and make a slurry that I then freeze. Any time that I feel like something sweet I grab one of those, which is more like a sorbet, and it's just wonderful

    I cut up fresh fruit/veggies also. It is easier than doing it when you are just looking for a snack. You are more likely to get something healthy instead of that cookie.
