When I get a craving at 10pm, I take that as a sign that I'm just tired and need to go to bed. I know for a fact that I need sleep a whole lot more than I need the calories.

    I go to bed if i'm not hungry but if ia am hungry i will eat something light @ 100 calories!

During the day if I get the munchies really bad, I take a nap too - it really helps.
