After about my second bottle of water a day I get bored of the " no taste" So I cut up a lime and squeeze the juice in (I carry it in a sandwich bag to work) ... this makes the water fountain water taste crisp and more refreshing!

Put 1 fruit tea bag in 1bottle of cold water - it will add just enough of the tea 2 the water 2 give it a smell + a small taste.
The smell tricks your mind into thinking your drinking a fruit drink, the taste will be enough 2 get past the non-existent water taste.
1 tea bag will give you enough flavor + smell for 2-3 bottle of water if the water your using is cold + not hot. This ends up saving money too in the long run - you're stretching your $/tea bags farther.
i have found out that drinking water helps fill you up faster,lose weight,keeps you from getting dhotis,cleans out your body, think about it when we exercise we sweat,we need water to put back into our bodies what we lost,plus now they have flavored water for those that need help drinking water,orjust don"t like the taste of water,grape is my fav.hope this helps good luck on your weight loss goal198
