I recently went to an event, overate, binged the rest of the night. The next morning I logged what I ate at the event and found I DID NOT go over..what put me over was thinking I blew it.SO before you continue on log that food, you might be surprised it was not as bad as you thought! I plan tooo!!

If you should have a slip-up don't go blowing off the rest of the day. Pick yourself up by going right back on your eating plan. Don't think that the rest of the day or night is ruined. Go back on your plan right afterward.213
