Take small baby steps to build momentum. Start off by just drinking water, the next day take a 10 min walk and drink water, the next day eat a few extra fruits and veggies, take a 10 min walk and drink water, etc.

The next thing you know you will have a new good habit.

    I agree.....make changes slowly over time and those changes become part of your daily life. By doing it slowly you do not become overwhelmed and give up.
