If you were trying to quit smoking would you keep cigaretts in the house? It's the same with food. Go through your fridge and pantry and get rid of all the unhealthy stuff. I can't resist icecream...so i got rid of it...and substituted it with healthier options.

One of the most powerful things that SparkPeople has taught me is that although I can & will be imperfect, I can still be a success! If I miss a workout or go over on calories, I don't throw the towel in for that week, or even the whole day. I look at how far I've come & jump right back in.
