If you were trying to quit smoking would you keep cigaretts in the house? It's the same with food. Go through your fridge and pantry and get rid of all the unhealthy stuff. I can't resist icecream...so i got rid of it...and substituted it with healthier options.

I agree! I have fooled myself too many times by saying - I can bring chips/ice cream home for my husband and won't have any - but that doesn't work! Out of sight, out of mind.

Remember the POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING goes a long way to getting rid of "STINK-IN THINKING"
Pick up a weight (or weights) totalling the amount of weight that you have lost or that you want to lose.
If you have already lost that amount of weight its amazing really give yourself a visual cue of the weight that you are no longer carrying around.
If you have yet to lose the weight, use that visual as motivation and picture it shrinking and shrinking. As you put the weight down, picture yourself putting down the weight on your body as well.
