I have a difficult time keeping up my eating habits as well as my exercise routines. When I keep up on them every single day, I have no problems, but it one time I miss because of illness, or traveling, or daily life gets in the way, I lose my drive and I do not stay consistent.

    I agree. They say it takes 30 days to establish a routine, but I swear, it seems to take one off day to make me have to start from scratch.
