I find that if I stay with the plan, regardless of the results that I am always better off. Sometimes it doesn't look like I'm making progress at the time, but when I look back I can see that I have. Stay the course!

Labor day. barbecues. fatty food..and LOTS of it. think of it this way. if you DONT go overboard, wont you feel WONDERFUL tomorrow? if you do..you may say WHY did i do that!! Try to stay on plan..plan ahead!
So you have to go out to eat? Restaurants generally serve large portions, so just ask the waiter to give you a take home box with your meal . Putting the food away before you start your meal will help you practice portion control and stay on your plan.
