At the begining of the week, pick a treat for the end of the week. Anything that you consider a treat will do- even if it is a small piece of your favourite 'no go' food.
Having something to look forward to will motivate you to get through every workout, if you miss any of your weekly workouts you dont give yourself the treat! It's worked for me!
