Sometimes people have a bad day. You all know what I mean, like when you see the cashier at the market or any store who had a bad customer in front of you and now they are upset. Just smile and tell them " things can only get better for you today, because there can't be another one like that!"

I was asked how I keep a smile on my face (most often than not, LOL). Simple; I try not to sweat the small things and things I can't control. I exercise, which helps with stress relief, laugh often, and most importantly let things roll off me like water off a ducks' back. 160Smile!334
I really think it is important to have a positive attitude about EVERYTHING! Don't sweat the small stuff and keep a smile on your face! If others around you are being "negative" try to make them see the positive in the situation! Keep positive quotes in places you see everyday. I have some on my bathroom mirror and in my car so I can read them everyday!
Live life with zest! Just move a little faster and bigger than in your pre-Spark days. Keep a smile on your face. Sing when you are alone in the car. It burns a few calories and keeps the spirits high! Dance or even skip down the street when you feel like it!! Why not??
