Finding the drive to exercise can be hard sometimes. Hardly anyone wakes up in the morning and thinks, "Wow, 7 a.m. is a really great time for a run, I can't wait!" But if you can just get yourself up from wherever you are and just DO it, it'll only be a few minutes before you're excited to get fit!

I agree! I usually tell myself and people that I counsel that if you could tell yourself that you can do at least 10 minutes, you'll likely find by 10 minutes that you're willing to go a little longer

So true. I always feel better after I exercise, so why can't I ever remember that before I exercise? Lol.

7am? Try 5am - I work 10 hour days and have a 30-45 minute commute, there is no way I can work out in the mornings. But, I do try and walk or run on my lunch break on the days I know I won't be able to work out at night. But, when I am laying on the couch after dinner, I just have to tell myself it will be worth it, so I get up and do my exercise DVDs at 8 or 9pm even.
