I love watching the Biggest Loser! It's so motivating! It's sooo hard to find time to exercise though. I work as a transcriptionist from home and i'm just constantly working... gotta try to figure that one out...

Watching Biggest Loser, you see them shape up fast...HOW do they do it? The trainers start them out PROMPTLY building muscle. We neglect this BIGGEST secret....and need to emphasize this fact alot more!
Cardio is a great way to burn calories and fat, but it also burns muscle. Strength Training will build new muscle, which will also burn EXTRA calories (and replace the muscle you may have lost from all that Cardio.) Also, don't forget to eat a few more calories on your workout days. FUEL your body!
