I've noticed that the times I eat the most are the times I sleep the least, especially when I'm up all night and no one is around to see me or keep me accountable. Getting to sleep on time means you aren't awake to get those cravings for inappropriate snacks, and keeps your calorie count lower!

I was so sick on Tuesday night that I couldn't keep anything down. I lay down. Most of today I lay down as well. Sometimes, the best thing to do when you are sick is to lay down until you get to feeling better. I was able to do a little bit of exercise tonight.
