I'll be honest, I don't enjoy exercising. Sneak in 50 squats, 50 "pilates 100" type sit-ups, etc., while watching your favorite show or getting ready in the morning, whenever you can. I have to trick myself into getting extra exercise in. Hopefully I won't figure it out. :)

Sneaky ways to get in protein and stay fuller longer!
The newest additions to the Yoplait family is the Greek yogurt and Yoplait smoothies. The Greek yogurt is yummy, unlike other brands, if you don't get unflavored, 130 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 fat. Smoothies use only skim milk and are 140 calories plus 1 cup of skim milk. Yum!
One sneaky way I have found to keep exercise on my mind is to keep a resistance band folded in my purse. That way no matter where I am I can utilize them. This comes in handy when sitting in the car (as a passenger)!
There is always down time when you are just waiting. This is a great way to sneak a few extra minutes of exercise into an already hectic day!
