In the past, if I was "bad" at a meal I would often blow the remainder of the day or get into the "I'll start Monday" thinking. I let many pounds creep back in doing that bad behavior. Forgive yourself and get right back to being good! Get rid of the negative self talk! We can do this!

if you go off plan for lunch, leave it at lunch and start right back!! too many times we say..well i blew that meal i may as well blow the whole day, then it becomes till monday, then may 1st, and before you know it you are totally off track!!! one off meal will NOT derail you.
