Don'T Blow The Whole Day!

In the past, if I was "bad" at a meal I would often blow the remainder of the day or get into the "I'll start Monday" thinking. I let many pounds creep back in doing that bad behavior. Forgive yourself and get right back to being good! Get rid of the negative self talk! We can do this! emoticon

    I did it. Do not dwell on the negative behavior, but start
    again making the right choices. When I have been tempted to given in because I blew it, I tell myself that it is the "good" behavior that is going to acomplish the goals we have set. I look forward to feeling much better and wearing
