Denny's has some healthy options. They have this tilapia rancharo it was delish & healthy. I didn't eat the Texas toast (i told them not to bring it to me, it's too good to see and not eat) and my side was green beans. (frozen not canned)
In case anyone forgot you can look up the nutritional guides online for each restaurant and put them in the nutritional calculator on SP. plan ahead or wing it. either way you will know what you are eating.
