If you have problems motivating yourself to exercise, just start shooting for 100 spark points every day. You can't get there most days without exercise. If you find out you would rather rack up empty posts for 10 points instead of going for a walk, add another 10 or 20 points to your goal. Make it impossible to get your goal points without exercise points.
Go to your SparkPoint list and see where you can gain some points. I go there everyday and gather as many as I can. Remember, every 5 minutes of exercise is 1 point, so rack a few up. The points give a sense of satisfaction like crossing items off a to-do list.
Put your grill racks (or oven racks) in a plastic garbage bag and spray with oven cleaner. (Do this outdoors to avoid fumes, and be sure to wear gloves.) Then wrap the bag around the racks, seal with a twist tie and leave it sit overnight. In the morning the gunk will sponge right off.
